Virtuemart Tax will not calculate - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have installed joomla 1.08 e-commerce edition includes virtuemart 1.04.
i need able add 10% vat sales. try , achieve :

1/ tried changing tax rate , default tax rate (8.25%) kept being included
2/ deleted tax rate teh old rate kept being applied
3/ tried adding new vendor (despite on-line store being vendor on site)
4/ deleted teh -default vendor - , left new vendor in list
5/ entered vm configuration page , set tax configuration based on vendor address
6/ ensured virtuemart.cfg.php file writeable before saving change config
7/ noted tax not displayed in flypage or in checkout

can suggest if have deleted 1 many files? sure tax worked , displayed in flypage , checkout after installation.  need able apply australian gst (vat) purchases before freight.

Crossfader Arduino Tutorial

hello i'm super newb please don't bash me much. i'm using led's , i've connected them correctly (finally) , wondering why program here ( http://www.arduino.cc/en/tutorial/colorcrossfader ) doesn't work? say's haven't declared crossfade. read directions on top , said crossfade needs used list order of colors. isn't declared in main part (void loop() )? or need declared before? nevermind void on bottom , needed before voidloop. lol anyways playing rgb led's wondering if has specific way of making them fade in , out different colors?
