changing size of swf according to the size of html page

hi experts
i want change size of swf according size of html page in opens
such if page size 1024 768 swf should scale size
if 700 500 sw should change size possible
i want animation start fro m edge edge of page

i dont know how has been trying various options last week no luck
there 100% option swf scales swf size 100% of page not give edge toedge of page

first of all, screen size never same browser size don't use if
you want maintain ratio while scaling files , avoid distorting
content. keep in mind browser has chrome around, largest, being on top
of screen (navigation), status bar , borders on left , right side.
secondly, scale movie up, never down. while scaling movie able
maintain text, not case when scaling movies down small text,
which become unreadable. make movies in (example) 600x400 , scale them
instead.

to fill browser window, go file - publish setting , under html tab
change size pixel percent , set 100% x 100% - publish.
open newly published html document open in preferred html editor, notepad,
dreamweaver or frontpage, adjust margins top, bottom, left ,
right 0 pixels. make fill window entirely. flash
not provide option.
