cfmail problem

i have fomr query populated select box. when user selects name box passing email address along ohter contact info action page so:

<option>-- select name --</option>
<cfoutput query="agent">
<option value="#agentname#,#email#,#voicemail#,#cellphone#">#agentname#</option>
</cfoutput>
</select>

this works charm on action page have slight problem.

to="gh_marketing@myserver.com"
from= "form.agentname"
bcc="me@charter.net"
subject="new work order request marketing dept."
server="mail.360buyers.com"
username="un@3mysite.com"
password="pw">

requestor's information:

#form.agentname#

#form.balanceofoutput# , etc.

the problem output in field comma separated set of values: agent name, email address, voice mail, cell phone. when recipient hits reply button "to" field in response message contains data including agent name, email address, voice mail, cell , of course fails.

how can separate or identify email address recipient can reply message when it::;


i have tried <cfset form.email = reply> without success. nothing happens.

can please point me in right direction? thank in advance.

refer cold fusion's list functions in cfml reference manual. if don't have one, internet does.
