Adding Images Just Doesn't Work | Using FTP App as a Workaround - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello everyone. i'm progressing quite in quest migrate ol' school html website joomla , i've come on stumbling block. has gone according plans installation until now, including greens @ pre-installation point mediatemple changing safe-mode attribute.

anyway, problem when upload images using joomla gui, banners or new image content use in newsflashes, etc. entire upload process fine, except - when image available preview once upload has been done, it's not image, red 'x' if things didn't go right. file name there, no graphic.  ???

the workaround if use aceftp or cuteftp , manually upload image correct location. banner name added drop-down list , preview loads fine , i'm laughing. me, okay, remote users , other admins come on board in future - not cool. great if worked should.

one of best components i've used joomla xplorer. why don't try uploading images? it's simple use , works other file manager. first component install every joomla installation. hope helps! :)

Crossfader Arduino Tutorial

hello i'm super newb please don't bash me much. i'm using led's , i've connected them correctly (finally) , wondering why program here ( http://www.arduino.cc/en/tutorial/colorcrossfader ) doesn't work? say's haven't declared crossfade. read directions on top , said crossfade needs used list order of colors. isn't declared in main part (void loop() )? or need declared before? nevermind void on bottom , needed before voidloop. lol anyways playing rgb led's wondering if has specific way of making them fade in , out different colors?
