transistor-driven LEDs circuit in a 5*5*5 LED cube

hello,

i've finished long-term project consists of making 5*5*5 led cube controlled arduino mega. unfortunately, there must mistake in circuitry bcs dont seem able light 1 led out of whole cube. tried several leds randomly couldnt turn on any. code , multi-checked wiring electrical shorts, soldering, etc.

so seems 2 things might have gone wrong.

1) there mistake in wiring logic (i quite new transistor sourcing , sinking, might mistake in maths also)

2) multimeter doesnt indicate connection across resistors (but have no idea why, bcs mechanically connected sure , resistance not high not indicate connection)

to sum up, appreaciate if check circuitry , maths (which simple). tried hard find problem, might shame couldnt figure out wrong have no more ideas.

thanks lot of you,
mike
