Hannah Ph electrode to arduino

i have hannah checker ph tester... however... takes long time read. go up. know it's not electrode because took local hydroponics shop , electrode worked great on meter. sooo.... wondering if possible take electrode , how interface arduino , print out on lcd screen along tds , temp of water. growing spinach hydroponically , dont have time go down , check ph , tds. wanted make , run through cat5 line stairs or somehow on pc through wireless router.  these ideas possible , @ decent price?

not if own probe. if have whole meter , measurements changing not on (the ag supply) meter probe ok meter amplifier has fault, ph measurements not simple need temp comp among other things. ph or hydrogen ion measurements heavily temperature dependent , probes ever worked isolated ground (the ones (laboratory grade) battery operated reason) , later versions battery operated think more portability function. ph? spinach? doing irrigation water besides pumping around , periodically adding more water, , tds...if feeder dispenser accurate every couple of days should enough. in 2000 or 2001 asked develop similar system "carrots"... new breed... cannabis sativa, don't know. seems guy wanted turnkey setups leave various places away people... grow 'carrots' , knew necessary hardware. else built him(was illegal in cal.) , apprehended 'reading meter' were. clever boy rented warehouse in arizona (parker az.) right across river , warehouse rented county...poor guy,crossing state line commit federal felony offense (cultivation of schedule one, federally controlled substance) foolish thing do. opinion useless retired in 2008 , fet type ph sensors being sampled, horribly fragile both mechanically , electrically , 'gate' mechanically , electrically sensitive part. leakage out of question , contact solids (in case soil). tds have proper nutrient chemical balance?... tds easiest make , least valuable.
for 20 years design engineer company called ravalco. made remote controlled irrigation actuators (wireless) , line of soil moisture , conductivity measurement tool ag industry.

my company uses aladdin etoken pro authentication on vpn connections. etoken requires pki client application on client machine before os recognize it. app , token work fine on xp, use ubuntu on laptop. aladdin has offered linux version of client, rpm. convinced our internal guys rpms, , i've been trying work couple days. begin with, hp pavilion dv4-1435dx laptop running jaunty 64-bit. - started out converting .rpm .deb using alien: code: sudo alien -d pkiclient-5.00.28-0.x86_64.rpm - worked fine , got nice little .deb - next, ran .deb install client: code: sudo dpkg -i pkiclient_5.00.28-1_amd64.deb - , executed without errors/issues. pdf rpm said there should launcher @ applications > etoken > start etoken pki client, didn't exist. figured might because installed deb instead of rpm. bounced box, still wasn't there. no big deal... - install network manager can configure vpn connection use token: code: sudo aptit...

Crossfader Arduino Tutorial

hello i'm super newb please don't bash me much. i'm using led's , i've connected them correctly (finally) , wondering why program here ( http://www.arduino.cc/en/tutorial/colorcrossfader ) doesn't work? say's haven't declared crossfade. read directions on top , said crossfade needs used list order of colors. isn't declared in main part (void loop() )? or need declared before? nevermind void on bottom , needed before voidloop. lol anyways playing rgb led's wondering if has specific way of making them fade in , out different colors?
