Python to Raspberry Pi to Seeduino to DC Brushless Motor? - Raspberry Pi Forums

hello,

i'm new arduinos , motors , pwm.
wondering if give me hint on how can control dc brushless motor (3 wires) seeduino , raspberry pi??

if guys provide steps , sources how can motor start spinning.... it's pretty big motor, size of adult mens arm i'm not sure if i'll need external power supply , if how can that?

wiring/coding etc.

sure. can start motor control. post specification found on side of motor. tell type of power supply , control circuit needed. can drive motor h-bridge. there motor drive shields arduino. can drive motors external power. using rugged circuit motor shield. shield can drive dc motor in either direction @ speed.

python part should not hard. don't know python else can help.

Crossfader Arduino Tutorial

hello i'm super newb please don't bash me much. i'm using led's , i've connected them correctly (finally) , wondering why program here ( http://www.arduino.cc/en/tutorial/colorcrossfader ) doesn't work? say's haven't declared crossfade. read directions on top , said crossfade needs used list order of colors. isn't declared in main part (void loop() )? or need declared before? nevermind void on bottom , needed before voidloop. lol anyways playing rgb led's wondering if has specific way of making them fade in , out different colors?
