Timeline display of motion tween
hi,
i'm new flash user running flash 8 professional on mac (os 10.4.8).
i noticed when making motion tweens black vertical bar separates left side of last keyframe tween , line absent.

i'm not sure if there's difference when line missing (the top layer in graphic above). please let me know if you've seen , if means anything.
thanks,
adam

it depends on type of tween. top there motion tween instance being tweened same library instance @ both beginning , end (except effects, scale or position etc). bottom type of tween seen when using shape tweens first instance , last different shape tweening into.
the solid line on timeline typically means new keyframe possibly blank or new content/instance on stage within layer.
