Thread: SD card, no access
i have installed ubuntu 9.04 on kingston datatraveler 2gb usb pen drive, works well.
default user account "live session" recognises 2gb sd card have created account administrator group , sd card not recognised second account.
have not applied permission restrictions sd card while logged primary account.
able configure folders on flash drive allow me read/write particular folder while logged in either user not general issue of not being able access directories system wide. problem relates sd card @ present.
know of threads/forums deals getting best performance ubuntu installed on usb drives.
searched forum did not find similar.
when load ubuntu without sd card in computer - able view contents of card if insert after have logged secondary account.
when log out of secondary account log "live session" account - computer not recognise sd card.
can view contents of sd card in both accounts requires reboot while card not in computer.
