Motion sensor Arduino control

hi. want make system record movements (any type of) camera, , (laser or suitable) motion sensor turn on camera. recorded moves want follow on mobile phone arduino, can anywhere on planet. (i 've thinkin internet connection?!)

please want tell me how can make connection arduino , how control inputs , sensors arduino on internet.

i want software , hardware parts make it, using basic programming.
it work university.

grand ideas, , possible, arduino isn't going lot of help.

the arduino ethernet shield near fast enough, , has near enough memory, camera, except turn on or off , point in direction.

you'd need use web cam separate connection internet, video data phone can see it. processing video data, , making arduino point in right direction, task arduino not capable of. so, need pc involved, too. if have have pc anyway, there no reason arduino connected internet, there no need have ethernet shield.

all arduino doing reading serial data find out point camera, , reading motion sensor. of course, if pc watching, via camera, can see when there motion, arduino doesn't need that.
