Possible php.ini screw-up? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
hi,
i have 2 servers different hosting comanies, shared hosting supports joomla no problems. second virtual server , have access configuration via plesk.
for reason virtual server doesnt play installation of templates, modules etc. thinking there different between php confirg of each server, again wrong. i've looked through php.ini each server there many differences tell whats wrong. don't have admin access shared server cannot figure out should , shouldn't have.
if problem appreciated.
issue:
installation of templates:
unable create directory '/var/www/vhosts/sitename.com/httpdocs/media/install_442bb7ba9e59d/template_name/'unable create path /var/www/vhosts/sitename.com/httpdocs/media/install_442bb7ba9e59d/template_name/
for modules etc installation file not found.
i've chmod directories , directories should accessable are, big question. php issue, server issue or plain being stupid?
thanks in advance.
