Thread: Ubuntu no longer appears in GRUB boot menu
i installed windows 7 separate partition on hard drive (works charm, props microsoft getting right) reinstalled grub mbr. happy , fine until decided didn't crowded boot menu, attempted remove ubuntu (recovery mode) , ubuntu (memtest) form boot menu, accidentally removed ubuntu list too! appears in grub windows 7. worst part in rushing forgot make backup copy of menu.1st file. need you, oh amazing gurus of ubuntu goodness, me put ubuntu in grub boot list. below menu.1st file looks in it's current state.
