requirements and limits of 8Mhz 3.3v
im planning on project need 328 3.3v , 8mhz, im unsure on requirements other setting ide communicate it
can run directly off 3.7v lipo? (4.1-2 charged , 3.5 when dead)
know fuses need changed 8mhz, selects voltage,or long slow enough work @ voltage?
can have optibootloader work still or need use isp everytime?
will usbasp work still though old version , can't change sck period?
anything else need know?

if burn 8mhz bootloader on chip can upload sketches other arduino. voltage doesn't matter long high enough 8 mhz operation. can run @ 10 mhz on 2.7 v 1.8v 4 mhz 2.4v 8 mhz? between 2.4 v , 6.0 v should work.
arduino 1.0 doesn't seem come 8 mhz version of optiboot bootloader. may have re-compile optiboot bootloader 8 mhz if need that.
