PANIC mode -- Help locating Arduino sensor package for weather data collection.

i beginning desperate time running out on me.

my daughter's teacher has asked me send high altitude balloon part of class project studying weather.

i've made many launches take photos only, have no means of obtaining , recording temperature (inside payload , out), humidity, pressure , gps data during flight kids can analyze after flight.

i down 2 weeks before launch , far without payload.

as love learn , put scratch, afraid time constraint going hamper that.

i picked arduino uno play with, have yet fire up.

if kind soul can throw me bone , give me jumpstart on project, appreciative.

i considering uno, sd data logger,high altitude capable gps, sensor shield , various sensors recording atmospheric data.

i believe work, have no idea how create code have arduino poll sensors , gps , write sd card retrieval after flight.  need in format can read , graph show kids.
