Solid State Relay and Arduino

hi guys,

(i guess in previous post didnt attach datasheet. sry ignorance.)

as part of project, need connect 230v ac motor arduino mega. should work solid state relay. have seen videos on youtube on ssr's connected arduino. know might not case relays used proved larger 1 have got ebay, thinking might burn ssr , microcontroller. wondering if can have @ attached specs of ssr , tell me if use project. motor i'm using has voltage of 230v , current of 0.9a.

the data sheet can download via link:

you shouldn't use 1 it's rated 60w , need around 200w motor.
