i managed figure out work around. in kde keyboard configuration can set in:
- system settings
- keyboard settings
- layout
- select 'show indicator'
- select 'per window'
- add
- select variant without 'dead keys', eg. "english (us, euro on 5)"
after applying these settings, select window input focus , click indicator in system tray when want switch keyboard configuration.
the keyboard setting needs set once per window , rememberd on program restarts.
