problem with ds1307 shield and arduino ethernet shield

hi i'm new in forum , in arduino world!
however i'd buy arduino uno, ethernet shield w5100 , ds1307 module. when use rtc module uno works fine if add ethernet shield same code doesn't work. use standard time library founded in arduino.cc site.

someone can me or have same problem? thanks

in order help, going need post code you're using.  helpful know shield using (where bought it) , ds1307 module using (where bought it).
